The University of the West of England, Bristol offers over £100,000 in scholarships to international students each year. This also includes the German Chancellor Scholarship, for which the scholarship holder must complete an internship in the Office for International Development and other departments. The scholarship holder is also expected to engage in ambassadorial activities for the university during their studies.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the scholarship:
- have obtained the equivalent of a UK 1st class in a university degree
- must have an unconditional offer or a conditional offer where IELTS or English language equivalent is the only requirement
- being a new student at UWE Bristol without having previously studied in the UK
- be classified as a foreigner for tax purposes
- not being a sponsored student or receiving any other scholarship/award
- provide official transcripts at the time of application
